An early interest in law led David to earn his J.D at Vanderbilt University. But soon his passion for business and real estate took over. Today he represents clients in all types of sale, purchase and investment transactions from first homes to retirement condos, luxury estates and vacation properties. David is well versed in financing, investment strategies, the title process and structuring of complex transaction and exchanges. His critical thinking skills help to problem solve quickly and efficiently.
For Sharon Kipp, the Real Estate business is about one thing: People. Yes, she has over 20 years of real estate experience and a prestigious alphabet soup of certifications “ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), GRI (Graduate Realtors Institute), e-PRO, GREEN, SFR (Short Sale and Foreclosure Specialist) . But those, like the computers, i-phone, cameras, advertising and contracts, are simply tools that help her focus on the immediately individual needs of her clients.. In addition to Sharon’s work with clients, she is involved with fundraising and volunteer activities in their community, the Greater Nashville Association of Realtors, Habitat for Humanity, local schools and charitable organizations such as The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society and Susan Komen Race for the Cure.
Originally from Alabama, Sharon has moved a bit and lived in Georgia, MIssissippi, Texas, California and Tennessee……calling Nashville home twice. Sharon understands the stress invovled in relocating, starting new schools, new jobs, making new friends and finding a new home.
